Use of the Vouchers
You may purchase the ticket from www.luimuaythai.com. You will receive an instant E-voucher if it is mentioned that it is instant confirmation, or you will get E-voucher within 24 hours as the latest
In order to use the voucher, the named person must appear at the attraction on the designated date and time. If you or other members fail to appear on time, no refunds will be granted.
Terms of the Vouchers
Vouchers are one-time admission tickets to the events/ activities. If you did not use your vouchers on the date and time noted on vouchers, no refunds will be granted.
You may change the date or time after the confirmation only once without charge (for the same ticket type) by contacting us at Tanapun.hor@gmail.com during the office hours (Daily 8:00-21:00 hrs., GMT+7) at least 72 hours prior to the event time. You will receive a new email confirmation and E-voucher within the next 48 hours as the latest.
Postpone service dates more than one time will be charged 200 Baht per change.
All vouchers are subject to availability and restriction.
The case will be sent to the bank immediately after receiving the case. The refund period will depend on the policy of each bank of the cardholder, approximately 15-45 days or in the next billing cycle.
Additional Charges
· The price we charge for every ticket is in Thai Baht (THB) and VAT inclusive. No hidden additional price except the exchange rate or transaction fee that depends on the customer’s bank.
Rights and Obligations
LUI MUAY THAI reserves the right to change its ticket price list on the website any time without any notice.
LUI MUAY THAI reserves the right to deny and cancel the reservation of any attractions or shows that are deemed in violation of this policy.
We are not responsible for any booking mistake caused by customer themselves.
We cannot guarantee that all ticket prices are the best price available on the market.
1. Ticket Shipping Policy,
Please present your name or the ticket confirmation received in your email at the ticket office. The staff will verify your booking and assist you in locating your assigned seat, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience throughout the event.
2. For Rajadamnern Stadium events,
e-tickets will be sent via email after booking. Upon arrival, please present your e-ticket to the organizer staff for scanning. They will assist in locating your assigned seat and ensuring your comfort throughout the event. If you do not receive your e-ticket or confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.
Products Shipping Policy,
We offer free shipping on all orders across Thailand. Orders are shipped from Bangkok and typically arrive within 1-3 business days in Bangkok and 3-5 business days in other regions.
