Ticket Cancellation & Exchange Policy
All ticket sales are non-refundable. However, tickets may be exchanged for another available event date or stadium listed on our website. To request a modification, please contact us at least 36 hours before the event start time. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, all changes are subject to availability and our final approval. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience.

Rajadamnern Stadium tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

Product Refund Policy
All product sales are final and cannot be exchanged. However, if we are unable to provide the product you have purchased, a full refund will be issued. Please note that refunds cannot be granted for customer errors, such as incorrect orders or inaccurate shipping details. If you require any assistance, our support team is available to help ensure a smooth shopping experience.

**All approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. We appreciate your patience and are happy to assist you with any inquiries regarding your refund.

We sincerely appreciate your purchase and the trust you place in us. Our team strives to allocate the best available seating for every customer to ensure an enjoyable experience.
Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes, exchanges, or refunds related to seating positions or ticket types.

Cancellation of Vouchers
Vouchers cannot cancel and refund after the confirmation.
The exceptional cases which can be refund are:
1.    An attraction or show which you have purchased is closed or cancelled by the operator or the state official.
2.    The problem is caused by the company, the full amount will be refunded. If the customer accepts the date, time, or product change. LUI MUAY THAI is willing to offer customers a 15% price reduction on new products.
3.    The customer is unable to travel due to an emergency situation. The customer must contact us at Tanapun.hor@gmail.com at least 72 hours prior to the travel date and attach evidence. There is service charge rate which will be deducted from the total amount of refund as listed below


·       200 Baht from amount less than 2,000 Baht
·       500 Baht from amount between 2,001-5,000 Baht
·       1,000 Baht from amount more than 5,001 Baht

The case will be sent to the bank immediately after receiving the case. The refund period will depend on the policy of each bank of the cardholder, approximately 15-45 days or in the next billing cycle.
